Pellets

Our complete pellet range is made using the highest production standards in Europe for animal nutrition.

We don’t sell any pressed pellets in our range but only the very best extruded pellets. In the extrusion process, raw materials are first ground to the correct particle size (usually the consistency of coarse flour). The dry mix is passed through a pre-conditioner, where other ingredients are added, steam is also injected to start the cooking process. The preconditioned mix is then passed through an extruder, and then forced through a die where it is cut to the desired length. The cooking process takes place within the extruder where the product produces its own friction and heat due to the pressure generated (10–20 bar).

Use of the extrusion cooking process gives the following food benefits:

Starch gelatinization
Protein denaturation
Inactivation of raw food enzymes
Destruction of naturally occurring toxins
Diminishing of microorganisms in the final product

Berkley Gulp pellets are a range of feed pellets all designed to attract fish into the swim.The ingredients used are selected to create highly attractive and palatable pellets. The flavours used will create a powerful flavour trail that leads the fish to the fishing area and triggers them to feed.

All our products are nutritious and tasty to fish and they contain all the necessary vitamins while no harmful preservatives are used. All the ingredients used are natural and biologically degradable.

MICRO PELLET 2MM

The Micro Pellets combines the digestible ingredients and attractants that stimulate carp into feeding without overfilling them. Perfect to use as a carpet feed in summer or to use in a small pva bag when fishing in winter or on heavy pressurised waters.
GREEN BETAINE PELLET 3MM

These green betaine pellets have proven themselves as being an incredible fish magnet, carp love these pellets and keep eating them without getting full. These are perfect to use as a carpet feed or in combination with pva bags.
GULP FRESH FRUIT ONE PELLET (4,5/6/10MM)

Our own special flavoured pellet to complement our range of Fresh Fruit One Boilies. Can be used as a combination bait strategy together with the boilies to get the carp into a feeding frenzy.
